Dr. David Farivar is the Director of Plaza Dental Specialty Group. He is also the founder of the Academy of Sleep & Dentistry and a faculty member of the Global Dental Implant Academy, where he lectures nationally.
Dr. Farivar is a distinguished Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology & Dental Implant Surgery, showcasing his elite expertise in these specialized fields. He holds doctoral, post-doctoral, and specialty degrees from prestigious institutions including the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN), UCLA, and USC.
With more than 20 years of extensive clinical experience, research, teaching, and over 20,000 successful implants placed since 2006.
