Localized numbing is in no way acceptable for what I just went through and now I need to go back for another visit because what I was told would happen didn’t. I don’t get it. Why communication between the dentists and patients is so sketchy and inaccurate. I am trapped in a process I want to see come to an end And I want what I’m told will happen on a particular visit. On my last visit with Dr. David He told me that he would perform the procedure needs to be done today. Not only did he not perform the procedure that would be done today.. He did not perform the procedure today and the other other dentist and the other dentist did what he thought was best not what I was told would happen. I am in tremendous pain and I think it all could’ve been avoided. Had there been any form of communication with between the dentists and a written plan of action.
